By accessing or using Zoupyu ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Zoupyu is an AI-powered video clipping platform. Users upload a video, and Zoupyu automatically transcribes it, identifies the most engaging moments using AI, and generates 5–10 vertical 9:16 clips with Hinglish Roman script subtitles burned in, ready to post as YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels.

Processing times vary by video length but typically complete in under 5 minutes. We do not guarantee specific clip counts or outcomes — results depend on the content, audio quality, and length of your upload.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zoupyu. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates the terms of service or community guidelines of any platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitch, etc.)
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or violence
• Infringes on intellectual property rights you do not own
• Promotes illegal activities or products
• Is sexually explicit or harmful to minors

You must own or have the rights to any video you upload. Zoupyu reserves the right to refuse processing of any content that violates these guidelines, with no refund issued for the affected video.

Zoupyu offers monthly subscription plans billed in INR. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a rolling 30-day window. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no further charges.

If a video fails to process due to an error on our end, the video will not count against your monthly limit. For billing disputes, contact us at support@zoupyu.com before filing a chargeback — unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Zoupyu a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transcode, and clip your video solely to generate your requested Shorts. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

All Zoupyu branding, software, and platform content are the intellectual property of Zoupyu and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoupyu's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the credit pack in question.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account by contacting support. Any videos currently processing will complete before termination takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
