01The market

The money is real, and it moves fast.

Brands have worked out that a thousand views from a clipper costs about a dollar. So they fund pools, and thousands of people cut streams for a living.

02The part nobody screenshots

The biggest deals pay the smallest rates.

The headline rate is a ceiling. Pools cap out, only approved and verified views count, and the streamers paying out the most money pay well under a dollar per thousand views:
Top advertised campaign rate$6.00 / 1K views
the high end of Whop listings[4]
Average Whop campaign$1.00 / 1K views
around a dollar per thousand[1]
The largest streamer deals$0.40 / 1K views

$1.4M

Paid by one streamer, N3on, to 303 clippers in five weeks — at that sub-dollar rate. The money comes from volume, not rate.[2]

23–67

Clips posted in one month by seven of the eight biggest clip channels in the census, at 62M to 111M views each. The top of this business is volume.[2]

You can’t negotiate the rate. What you control is what one clip costs you and how many shots on goal you take. That’s the whole business. The full breakdown

03The only equation that matters

Every clip has a break-even. Make yours small.

A clip pays for itself once it clears this many views. Everything after that is margin — and the top of the fraction, your cost per clip, is the one number you control.
cost per clip÷rate per 1,000× 1,000 =views to break even
Cutting by hand
$3.33 a clip

20 minutes to find, cut, reframe and caption one clip, if your time is worth $10 an hour. Both are assumptions — swap in yours.

05Built for review, not just for export

The reasons clips get rejected — and which ones we fix.

Views only pay once a clip is approved. Here’s the honest version: some of these we solve, some we help with, and two are yours.
A watermark the brief said not to use
Brands running campaigns have rejected watermarked clips in bulk.[3]
Solved

No watermark on any plan, free included.

Looks like a plain re-upload
Instagram said on 30 April it will act against accounts that simply re-upload other people’s content.[5]
Helps

Every clip is reframed to 9:16 around the subject, with word-timed captions burned in. Edited output, not a mirror — the creative angle is still yours.

The same moment fifty other clippers posted
Duplicate and near-duplicate submissions get turned away.
Helps

Moments are pulled from the whole stretch you pick — including the hours of a VOD nobody scrubs.

Submitted after the pool ran dry
Budgets drain first come, first served.
Helps

Paid packs go ahead of new free jobs in the queue, and an hour of stream comes back in about 30 minutes.

Missing hashtags, credits or a linked account
The brief’s own rules.
Yours

Not ours to fix. We make the clips — we don’t post or submit them for you.

Footage you had no right to use
A public VOD is not a license.
Yours

Clip inside a campaign brief. That is your permission, and it is yours to check.

06Pick by how much you post

Buy clips, not a subscription.

One credit is one hour of stream. Packs are one-time, stack when you buy more, and never expire — so a campaign drought costs you nothing.

Past their top plan

The usual top tier ($29/mo) includes 300 minutes. This workload needs custom pricing — you'd pay $19 with us.

Those plans are monthly and their credits typically expire after 60 days; ours are one-time and never expire, so anything left over rolls into next month. Figures are the published pricing of the leading per-minute clipper, checked 2026-07-29.

08Where it fits

Your clipping week, with Zoupyu in it.

01

A brief drops

Copy the stream or video link straight from the campaign. No three-hour download, no re-upload — paste a YouTube video or a Twitch VOD, or a Drive link.

02

Pick the hour

Anything past an hour opens a picker with suggested stretches and the stream’s own category changes marked, so credits land on the part worth mining.

03

Review, don’t scrub

About 30 minutes later the clips arrive ranked by viral score, captions burned in, a streamer’s facecam kept in frame. Post from the top of the list.

04

Post, submit, repeat

Clean 1080×1920 MP4s, nothing stamped on them. Post, submit the links to the campaign, and the rest of the list is tomorrow’s queue. Credits never expire, so a quiet week costs nothing.

We are a VOD tool. Live streams are turned away until the VOD is up — if a campaign is won in the first 90 seconds of a moment airing, that race needs a live clipper.

Clipper questions

A streamer, creator or brand funds a pool and sets a rate per 1,000 views. Clippers cut short clips from their content, post them on their own accounts, and submit the links. Approved clips earn against verified views until the pool runs out. Whop Content Rewards and Vyro are the best-known marketplaces; some streamers also pay clippers directly.

Yes — that is the normal clipper workflow, and it is why Zoupyu takes links rather than assuming you own the file. Paste a YouTube video or a Twitch VOD. You are responsible for having the right to use the footage: a campaign brief grants it for that content, and a public VOD on its own does not.

YouTube videos, Twitch VODs and Google Drive links, or upload the file. A stream that is still live is turned away up front — paste the VOD once the stream has ended. Anything longer than an hour opens a picker so you choose which stretch to spend credits on.

For a one-hour stretch the median in our production data is about 30 minutes from the job starting to the last clip rendered, and nine in ten finish inside 44. That excludes any time waiting in the queue, where paid packs go ahead of new free jobs. We are a VOD tool — live clipping services that post within seconds are a different game.

A credit clips an hour of the stretch you pick. A one-hour run asks for up to 18 clips; the median that actually comes back from an hour or more of YouTube or Twitch footage is about 12. Every clip is scored, and 68% of clips from link sources score 70 or above.

No, and nothing honestly can. It is our model’s read of the hook, the arc and the payoff of each clip — a way to decide what to post first, not a forecast. Clipping payouts are top-heavy, so judge your results over fifty clips, not five.

Three credits with no card. Each clips up to 20 minutes and returns up to 9 clips. You can preview every clip and download one per video in full HD with no watermark. Unlock a single video for $2.99, or buy any pack to unlock every clip and raise each credit to a full hour.

No. Zoupyu finds, cuts, reframes and captions the clips; posting them and submitting links to a campaign stay with you and your accounts. We are not affiliated with Whop, Vyro or any campaign.
